Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan islami, Motivasi Kerja Islami Dan Lingkungan Kerja Islami Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Albina Boarding School)
Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership, Islamic work motivation and Islamic work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School. Research Methods: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach that collects data by distributing questionnaires to Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School employees with a total saturated sample of 117 respondents. This research method also uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 with a significant value of a = 5% or 0.05. Results/Findings: This study gives the results that (1) Islamic leadership has no significant effect on the performance of Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School employees. (2) Islamic work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School employees. (3) The Islamic work environment has a significant effect on the performance of Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School employees. (4) Islamic leadership, Islamic work motivation, and Islamic work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Al Binaa Islamic Boarding School employees from the results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R) of 0.639 or 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% is influenced by variables outside this research.
