Analisis Bisnis MLM Syariah Terhadap Kemandirian Ekonomi Anggota HNI-HPAI

"Goal : This research aims to analyze the influence of business skills, rewards, motivation,
company support, social networks, and trust in the sharia MLM system on the economic
independence of HNI-HPAI members.
Methode : This research uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least SquaresStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between the
variables studied. Data was collected through a survey of active HNI-HPAI members who
had joined for at least one year. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling
technique, and data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software
Fact/Finding : The research results show that business skills, rewards and social
networks have a significant effect on members’ economic independence. The business
skills factor is the most dominant variable in increasing economic independence, followed
by rewards and social networks. However, motivation, company support, and trust in the
sharia MLM system do not have a significant effect on economic independence, which
indicates that even though members believe in the sharia business system, their success
is more influenced by technical and strategic factors in running the business."
