Rencana Bisnis Kedai Kopi Mama Bangga Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
"Purpose : This study aims to obtain a business planning model using
the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for Mama Bangga
Coffee Shop in Cibinong, Bogor Regency by focusing on
Customer Segments and Value Propositions.
Method : The research methodology used involves field studies,
interviews through action research.
Result : The findings of this study describe the Value Proposition
as a varied menu, comfortable place and atmosphere,
adequate facilities, affordable prices for all groups, live
music every day (Friday and Saturday), Tournament
Customer Segments that occur, namely the middle segment
with an average income of 1-3 million, and students,
students, workers. The things that are emphasized in the
results of this study are the focus on improving services,
facilities and quality as an effort to meet market needs and
increase company sales."
