Studi Analisis Terhadap Praktik Arisan Barang Perabotan Rumah Tangga Dalam Perspektif fiqh Muamalah (Studi Kasus Arisan Ibu Rumah Tangga Di Desa Gombong Kabumen, Jawa Barat
"Analytical study of the rotation of household goods from
the perspective of fiqh muamalah (The Case Study of
Rotating Savings Group household goods for housewives
at Gombong Village, Kebumen Regency, Central Java)
: This research aims to critically analyze the implementation
of the rotating savings group for household furniture carried
out by Gombong Village Community from the perspective of
Islamic Commercial Jurisprudence. The rotating savings
group is one of contemporary transactions which intended to
fulfill household necessities by collecting a sum of money
gradually to fulfill the needs. Then, the participants are
selected by lottery, and the items are distributed according
to the pre-agreed lottery numbers. From the perspective of
Islamic commercial jurisprudence, this transaction must be
conducted by the principle of justice, the prohibition of
uncertain transactions, and usury.
: This research adopts a qualitative methodology through a
case study approach. The research subjects include the chief
of the event and the members as well. The technique of data
collection was conducted through interviews. The data
analysis was conducted through data reduction, data
displays, and conclusion formulation for acquiring a
comprehensive
view
of
alignment
between
the
implementation of the rotating savings group and the Islamic
principle of commercial jurisprudence.
Results/Findings
: The research reveals that the implementation of the
rotating savings group for household furniture in Gombong
Village generally is based on mutual help and voluntary
agreement. However, there are aspects that need to be
critically reviewed, such as the determination of item prices
that do not reflect market prices and the potential losses
incurred due to late payments. This practice is permissible
in the Islamic commercial jurisprudence as long as it is
conducted based on justice, willingness, and is free from
elements of usury and the prohibition of uncertain"
