Analisis Maqasid Syariah Terhadap Pengelolaan CSR : Studi Kasus PT Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Desa Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor

"Goal : This study aims to analyze the management of the Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) programs of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa in Gunung
Putri Village from the perspective of Maqasid Shariah, focusing on the extent to
which these programs fulfill the objectives of Islamic law in improving
community welfare.
Methods : This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study
method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with CSR
representatives of PT Indocement, the Gunung Putri village administration, and
program beneficiaries, as well as through field observations and document
studies. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s interactive
model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
Fact/Finding The findings indicate that PT Indocement’s CSR programs
encompass various sectors, including education, economy, environment, and
socio-religious affairs. The implementation of CSR has met the five dimensions
of Maqasid Shariah, namely: (1) hifz ad-din through support for religious
activities, (2) hifz an-nafs through healthcare assistance and improvement of
public facilities, (3) hifz al-‘aql through scholarships and training, (4) hifz an-
nasl through environmental programs and family empowerment, and (5) hifz al-
mal through MSME training and business capital assistance. Nevertheless,
challenges remain, such as budget limitations, uneven community participation,
and the need for continuous program evaluation to enhance effectiveness.
