Pengaruh Biaya, Kesadaran Halal, Pengetahuan Halal, Dan Persepsi Kemudian Terhadap Minat UMKM Melakukan Sertifikasi Halal Di Wilayah Bogor
"Objective: This study aims to determine whether cost, halal awareness, halal
knowledge, and perceived ease of process influence the interest of MSMEs
(Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in obtaining halal certification in the
Bogor area.
Method: This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear
regression analysis techniques. The sample was selected using purposive
sampling, with criteria including MSME actors in the culinary sector (food and
beverage) located in the Bogor area, operating their businesses for a minimum of
six months, and being at least 18 years old.
Results/Findings: This study provides results that: (1) Cost has a positive and
significant effect on the interest of MSMEs in obtaining halal certification. (2)
Halal awareness has a positive and significant effect on the interest of MSMEs in
obtaining halal certification. (3) Halal knowledge has a positive and significant
effect on the interest of MSMEs in obtaining halal certification. (4) Perceived
ease of process has a positive and significant effect on the interest of MSMEs in
obtaining halal certification. (5) Simultaneously, all four variables have a positive
and significant effect on the interest of MSMEs in obtaining halal certification.
