"Goal : Analyzing the nfluence of Good Corporate Governance, Debt to Equity
Ratio, Firm Size, Net Profit Margin simultaneously on the financial performance of
companies listed on the Jakarta slamic ndex 70 2020-2022 period
Methode : Quantirative Research
Fact/Finding : This study aims to analyze the partial effect of Good Corporate
Governance (GCG), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Firm Size (FS), and Net Profit
Margin (NPM) on Return on Equity (ROE) as a proxy for the company's financial
performance. The research focuses on JII 70 companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2022 period.
The results show that Good Corporate Governance, Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Size,
and Net Profit Margin collectively influence the financial performance of
companies listed on the JII 70 ndex from 2020 to 2022. This ndicates that GCG,
DER, Firm Size, and NPM each impact ROE through various interacting
mechanisms.
Based on the data, the Adjusted R-Square coefficient s 0.650, meaning that the GCG,
FS, DER, and NPM variables explain 65% of the variation in financial performance
(ROE). The remaining 35% s influenced by other independent variables not
examined in this study"
