Apakah Ukuran Bank & Kebijakan Stimulus Berpengaruh Terhadap Risiko Pembiayaan Perbankan Syariah? (Analisis Data Panel Terhadap Perbankan Syariah Di Indonesia 2018-2024)
"Goal : This study specifically aims to analyse the impact of bank size and stimulus
policies on Islamic banking financing risk in Indonesia.
Methode : This study uses Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) panel data regression on
11 Islamic Commercial Banks and 7 Islamic Business Units in Indonesia during 2018-
2024.
Fact/Finding : The results show that bank size has no significant effect on NonPerforming Financing (NPF), indicating that asset growth has not been followed by
effective risk management, particularly in profit-and-loss sharing financing and
expansion into high-risk segments. In contrast, the implemented stimulus policy
during the pandemic period demonstrates a negative and statistically significant effect
on NPF, indicating the effectiveness of policy intervention in mitigating financing risk
amid economic uncertainty. Furthermore, control variables such as GDP and ROA
exhibit significant negative effects, while FDR and CKPN shows a significant positive
effect on NPF. These results highlight the critical role of policy dynamics and
macroeconomic indicators in the strategic and sustainable risk management of
Islamic bank financing"
