"Goal : The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the
Maslahah Performance Concept at the Amanah Negeri Sejahtera Sharia
Savings and Financing Cooperative.
Methode : This research uses field research methods (Field Research) with
qualitative field research to explore and understand the social problems to
be studied. Qualitative research is a type of research whose activities explore
and understand the capacity of the social problem to be studied. Qualitative
methods include three main categories, namely observation, document
review, and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles
& Huberman analysis method which has three stages, namely data
reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing.
Fact/Finding : Performance measurement of Masalahah Performance (MaP)
KSPPS Amanah Negeri Sejahtera by calculating the performance of results
and process performance. The performance of maslahah results at KSPPS
Amanah Negeri Sejahtera amounted to 0.856 Based on the indicators of the
achievement of the performance of these results it is known that KSPPS
Amanah Negeri Sejahtera has provided sufficient benefit to stakeholders in
KSPPS Amanah Negeri Sejahtera. As for the results of the performance of the
benefit process, the value achieved by KSPPS Amanah Negeri Sejahtera is
0.950 This figure shows that KSPPS Amanah Negeri is categorized as having
implemented a benefit performance system for the benefit of stakeholders."
