Efektivitas Platform Digital Dalam Pengumpulan Zakat Dan Wakaf Uang Pada ASN Di Kementerian Keuangan
"Goal :. This study aims to analyze the influence of zakat and waqf literacy, trust in digital
systems, transparency and accountability, and religiosity on the effectiveness of digital
platforms in collecting zakat and cash waqf among civil servants (ASN) at the Ministry
of Finance. Additionally, it examines the moderating role of religiosity in the
relationships between these variables.
Method : The research employs a quantitative explanatory approach using Structural
Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). Primary data were collected
through an online survey of 99 Ministry of Finance civil servants who have used digital
zakat and waqf platforms. The research instruments were adapted from validated
indicators in previous studies and analyzed through measurement and structural model
evaluations.
Fact / Finding : The results indicate that zakat and waqf literacy, trust in digital systems,
and religiosity have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of digital
platforms. In contrast, transparency and accountability do not show a significant effect.
Furthermore, religiosity does not significantly moderate the relationships between
literacy, trust, or transparency-accountability and platform effectiveness. These findings
highlight the importance of strengthening literacy and trust as key determinants in
optimizing Islamic philanthropy digitalization in the public sector."
