Determinasi Efektivitas Layanan Kesehatan Berbasis Ziswaf Melalui Literasi, Kepercayaan, Tata Kelola, Dan Sinergi Lintas Sektor Di Masjid Darussalam Kota Wisata
"Goal : This study investigates the determinants of the effectiveness of ZISWAFbased health services by examining literacy, trust, governance, and cross-sectoral
synergy at Darussalam Mosque, Kota Wisata.
Method : Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling–
Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), data were collected through questionnaires
distributed to mosque congregants, beneficiaries and service managers.
Findings : The results of the study indicate that the variables of ZISWAF literacy,
trust, governance, and cross-sector synergy have a positive effect on the
effectiveness of health services. Of the four variables, literacy and trust in ZISWAF
managers are the factors that provide the most dominant and significant influence,
followed by governance and cross-sector synergy. This research model also has a
high R² value, indicating that variations in health service effectiveness can be well
explained by the independent variables studied. This study concludes that
increasing ZISWAF literacy, building community trust, transparent program
governance, and strengthening cross-sector collaboration are key to increasing the
effectiveness of ZISWAF-based health services in mosque environments. These
findings are expected to serve as a strategic reference for mosque managers, zakat
institutions, and stakeholders in optimizing the use of ZISWAF funds for public
health services."
