Analisis Faktor-Faktor Penentu Minat Dan Loyalitas Pengguna Dalam Menggunakan Layanan Fintech P2P Lending Syariah Di Jabodetabek

Arifin, Saeful - Personal Name;

"Objective: This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of sharia literacy,
trust, risk perception, and service quality on the interest and loyalty of Shariacompliant P2P lending users in JABODETABEK.
Method: This is an associative quantitative study aimed at empirically examining
the relationships between variables based on numerical data collected from
respondents. This study is expected to explain the direct influence between
independent variables, namely sharia literacy, trust, risk perception, and digital
service quality on the dependent variable, namely user interest and loyalty in using
various sharia fintech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms in Jabodetabek.
Primary data was collected from 128 Muslims in Jabodetabek through an online
questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using partial least squares structural
equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS software version 3.0.
Fact/Finding: The results showed that trust, service quality, and interest had a
positive and significant effect on loyalty. Risk perception also had a positive but
insignificant effect. This suggests that these factors must be considered by Sharia
P2P lending service providers to ensure their public acceptance. Meanwhile,
Sharia literacy had a negative but insignificant relationship. This suggests that a
greater understanding of Sharia financial theory and concepts leads to greater
critical and cautious investment in Sharia P2P fintech platforms"
