Determinan Minat Masyarakat Muslim Jabodetabek Untuk Menggunakan Pemakaman Premium

"Goal : To analyze and examine the influence of environmental &
infrastructure, socio-economic, psychological & cultural factors on the
interest of Muslim communities in Jabodetabek in using premium burial
services, as well as to determine the moderating role of religiosity in
these relationships.
Methode : quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The analysis
technique used is Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS)
with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Data were collected through the
distribution of questionnaires to 207 Muslim respondents in the Jabodetabek area.
Fact/Finding : The research findings indicate that all exogenous variables—namely
environmental & infrastructure, socio-economic, and psychological & cultural
factors—have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using premium
burial services. Religiosity was proven to significantly moderate the relationship
between the three variables and interest, with a negative moderation effect on the
influence of psychological & cultural factors"
