"Goal : This research aims to identify, analyze, and manage these risks so that they
can support the achievement of the Company's goals.
Methode : The methodology used is qualitative research with a descriptive
approach, where primary data is obtained through interviews with risk owners at
LKBN Antara.
Fact/Finding : The results of the study show that there are several main risks, such
as content that is not in accordance with the company’s vision and mission,
inaccurate data from sources and the security of vulnerable social media accounts.
With the implementation of ISO 31000 : 2018, these risks have been successfully
identified and mitigation is carried out to reduce their impact. In conclusion, the
implementation of ISO 31000 : 2018-based risk management in Lembaga Kantor
Berita Nasional (LKBN) Antara can help companies manage the risks of using
social media more effectively, ensure that risks are at an acceptable level, and
support the achievement of the company’s vision and mission. The application of
risk management at LKBN ANTARA through the Maslahah Performance (MaP)
approach shows that risk management is not only focused on financial and
operational aspects, but also integrates the principles of benefit based on maqasid
al-shari'ah. By adopting Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle and an organization
that includes worship, internal processes, talent, learning, customers, and assets,
companies can manage risk comprehensively, ethically, and sustainably. This
approach ensures that the company not only achieves worldly goals but also
provides sustainable benefits for all stakeholders, both in this world and the
hereafter."
