"Goal : This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of educational waqf funds, family
support, and family financial literacy on social mobility and its impact on the welfare of
scholarship recipient families at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School.
Methode : The research method used a quantitative approach with Partial Least SquaresStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were obtained through a questionnaire to
141 respondents, namely parents or guardians of students receiving waqf scholarships at the
high school and university levels.
Fact/Finding : The results of the study indicate that the use of waqf funds has no significant
effect on social mobility, while family support and financial literacy have a positive and
significant effect. Furthermore, social mobility also significantly impacts the welfare of
scholarship recipient families. These findings confirm that educational waqf not only
functions as financial assistance, but its effectiveness is largely determined by family support
and financial literacy in improving the socioeconomic status of families with a view to
achieving success."
