Analisis Perkembangan dan Potensi Zakat Infak Sedekah Wakaf (ZISWAF) dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan di Pesantren Quran Indonesia

"Objective: This research aims to identify obstacles in studying the development and
benefits of ziswaf in improving Islamic boarding school welfare. As well as
analyzing the potential and effective management of ziswaf to maximize its benefits
for Islamic boarding schools. implementation of the development model, potential
and management of zakat infaq al-waqf (ziswaf) at the elTAHFIDH Quran Islamic
Boarding School through the elTAHFIDH Amil Zakat Institute.
Method: Qualitative research to analyze the development and potential of ziswaf
in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses interview-based triangulation and
Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to collect data. Qualitative research applies this
descriptive style to individuals and groups and then proceeds with qualitative
analysis.
Fact/Finding: The zakat infaq alms waqf (ziswaf) program at Laz elTAHFIDH, has
an important role in improving the welfare of Islamic boarding schools. Before the
ziswaf program existed, Islamic boarding schools faced challenges such as limited
capital financing, infrastructure preparation and human resource financing.
However, through the ziswaf program, Islamic boarding schools have succeeded in
improving welfare by building community trust, transparency in the use of funds,
and reporting to donors. Ziswaf funds have a positive impact in various aspects,
such as improving the quality of education, Islamic boarding school facilities, as
well as student welfare and Islamic boarding school management. Collaboration,
transparency and professionalism in managing ziswaf funds are the keys to success
in optimizing the potential of zakat infaq and waqf alms for shared prosperity."
