Analisis Tingkat Literasi Halal Dan Determinan Minat Membeli Suplemen Halal Di Jabodetabek: Peran Moderasi Religiusitas
"Goal : This study aims to investigate the influence of halal literacy, product
knowledge, and price on the intention to purchase halal dietary supplement,
and also to determine the level of halal literacy on productive age range of
18-65 years old muslim consumer in Jabodetabek.
Methode : This study uses a theory of planned behaviour approach combined
with the addition of halal literacy, product knowledge, price, and religiosity
variables as moderation. Primay data were collected from 150 respondents
Muslim in Jabodetabek, using a questionnaire was distributed through an
online platform. The data was analysed using partial least squares structural
equation modeling (PLS-SEM) SmartPls 3.0 software.
Fact/Finding: The study found that halal literacy, product knowledge, and
TPB positively influence the intention to purchase halal dietary supplements,
with religiosity moderating the relationship between TPB and purchase
intention. However, this study found that the influence of price was
insignificant, and there was no moderating effect of the Theory of Planned
Behavior (TPB) on the relationship between halal literacy, product
knowledge, and price with purchase intention. Additionally, the study
revealed that the level of halal literacy among participants was generally
high, with a value above 80%, specifically at 84%.
