Penentuan Proses Kunci Rumah Sakit Syariah Berbasis Maslahah Performa Dengan Pendekatan Analytic Network Process
"Goal : Identifying the key processes of Islamic hospitals (IH) based on Maslahah
Performa (MaP) principles by integrating MUKISI certification standards and
DSN-MUI fatwa No. 107 of 2016, and developing a business process model that
includes six main orientations: worship, internal processes, talent, learning,
customers, and wealth. Through an Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach, this
research determines the priorities of each MaP orientation to provide strategic
guidance in managing IH in line with maqashid sharia. In addition, this study aims
to improve the holistic governance of IH, strengthen the halal ecosystem in the
healthcare sector, and offer a performance measurement framework relevant to
Islamic values as an alternative to conventional approaches such as the Balanced
Scorecard (BsC).
Methode : This research method uses a qualitative approach with Analytic Network
Process (ANP). Data was collected through: First, in-depth interviews involving
academics, experts, and practitioners related to Islamic hospitals (RSS). Second,
the use of questionnaires to compare the priority scale of Maslahah Performa
(MaP) elements. Third, literature and documentation studies, including
certification standard books from MUKISI and DSN-MUI fatwa number 107/2016
as well as other secondary data sources.
Fact/Finding : This study shows that worship orientation is the top priority in the
key processes of Islamic hospitals (IH) with a score of (0.29806), followed by
leraning orientation (0,17638), customer (0,17216), internal process (0,16896),
wealth (0,16023), and talent (0,14898). Consistency in dhikr and Hospital Social
Responsibility (HSR) are the main indicators of worship orientation. The Analytic
Network Process (ANP) approach successfully validated the Maslahah Performa
(MaP) based model, emphasizing the importance of integrating Islamic values with
modern management to holistically improve IH governance and support the halal
ecosystem in the healthcare sector."
