Analisis Prinsip Kepatuhan Syariah Jual Beli Laptop Bekas Di Instagram (Studi Kasus : Republic Laptop Solo)
"E-commerce has become an inseparable part of our daily
lives, especially in Indonesia. Do you know how e-commerce
started in Indonesia and how it has developed to date? E
commerce first appeared in Indonesia in the 1990s, when the
internet began to be known to the public. At that time, online
shopping still felt foreign and awkward. But over time, e
commerce has continued to grow rapidly along with the
increasing number of internet users in Indonesia.
: This study aims to analyze the practice of buying and selling
second-hand laptops online via Instagram and TikTok from
the perspective of Islamic economic law, with a case study at
the Republic Laptop store located in Solo. The main focus of
this study is to evaluate whether the transaction complies
with the basic principles of sharia such as clarity of the
object of the transaction, the absence of elements of gharar
(unclarity), riba (interest), and maysir (gambling), as well as
compliance with the provisions applicable in Islamic sharia
related to used goods transactions.
: The research method used is a qualitative approach with
descriptive analysis. Data were obtained through literature
studies, interviews with business actors, and observations of
the practice of buying and selling second-hand laptops on the
Instagram and TikTok platforms. The results of the study
show that although the practice of buying and selling second
hand laptops online through the two platforms generally
does not violate the basic principles of Islamic economics,
there are several practices that need to be improved, such as
the lack of transparency of information regarding the
condition of the goods and discrepancies in determining
prices that can give rise to elements of gharar.
