: To get a proper description of the Business Model Canvas by
emphasizing on the value proposition and customer segment. As
well as identifying the right value proposition and customer
segment for the Rumah Bimbel Kita business.
: The method used in analyzing data is a qualitative method
using an action research approach through observations and
interviews with 30 resource persons.
: The results showed that the business design of Rumah Bimbel
Kita has significant market potential and the right customer
segment, supported by the value proposition of personalized
approach, time flexibility, effective montessori learning
methods, and affordable rates. "
