Rencana Bisnis Pakaian "VELLARE" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas

"Goal : This study aims to design and analyze the business model of the Vellare
clothing brand using the Business Model Canvas framework. The research focuses
on identifying the customer segments and defining the value propositions to support
the growth and sustainability of the business.
Methode : The research adopts an action research method with a qualitative
approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and direct
observations with respondents representing the target market. The data were
systematically analyzed to identify consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors,
which subsequently served as the basis for validating and refining the business
model.
Fact/Finding : The results of this study indicate that Vellare has successfully
designed a business model aligned with consumer preferences in the Jabodetabek
area, particularly among those aged 15–30 years. Vellare’s Value Proposition
focuses on comfort, unique design, and versatility, achieved through the use of cool,
sweat-absorbing cotton combed 30s fabric, minimalist doodle designs with strong
visual identity, and neutral colors such as black, gray, and beige that are easy to
mix and match. Vellare’s Customer Segment consists of men and women with active
lifestyles who prefer casual clothing with simple yet creative designs. They
prioritize fabric comfort, styling flexibility, and competitive prices that reflect the
product’s quality. The findings also reveal that pre-order strategies, partnerships
with production vendors, and strict quality control are effective in maintaining
efficiency and product consistency. In terms of marketing, the use of social media
and word-of-mouth strategies has successfully increased brand awareness and
customer loyalty. Financial analysis shows an efficient cost structure, healthy profit
margins, and sustainable growth potential. Thus, the Vellare business model is
considered feasible and competitive within the local fashion industry, particularly
in the casual wear segment for urban youth.
