Pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Gini Rasio, Dan Pembiayaan Syariah Terhadap Kemiskinan Di Pulau Kalimantan Tahun 2015-2025
"Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Regional
Domestic Product (GRDP), Human Development Index (HDI), Gini Ratio,
and Islamic Financing on poverty levels in Kalimantan Island during the
2015–2024 period.
Methods:. The research method used is panel data regression analysis with
the Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The data used are secondary
data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Financial
Services Authority (OJK).
Results/findings: he results show that partially, GRDP has a positive and
significant effect on poverty, HDI has a negative and significant effect on
poverty, while the Gini Ratio and Islamic Financing have no significant
effect on poverty. Simultaneously, all four variables significantly affect the
poverty level in Kalimantan. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates
that the independent variables can explain most of the variation in poverty
levels, although other factors outside the model also have an influence.
These findings indicate that economic growth in Kalimantan has not been
fully inclusive, while improvements in human development have been proven
to reduce poverty. Therefore, development policies should not only focus on
economic growth but also on income distribution and expanding access to
Islamic financing for productive sectors of poor communities.
