Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Byond By BSI Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

"Purposes : This research aims to analyze user satisfaction of the Byond by BSI application
using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The variables perceived usefulness and
perceived ease of use are independent variables (X), while the behavioral intention to use
variables and user satisfaction are dependent variables (Y) to see whether the TAM model
can analyze application user satisfaction.
Methods : Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)
Finding : The research results show that all hypotheses are accepted, namely: The
variable Ease of Use (PEOU) has a significant effect on Benefits (Perceived
Usefulness/PU), User Satisfaction (US), and Intention to Use (Behavioral Intention to
Use/BI). Benefits (PU) are also proven to have a positive influence on User Satisfaction
(US) and Use Intentions (BI), although with a more moderate level of influence and User
Satisfaction (US) has the strongest influence on Use Intentions (BI).
