Analisis Pengaruh ESG, Proper Rating, ROA, EPS Dan Firm Size Terhadap Market Value Added (MVA) Pada Perusahaan Syariah Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

"This study analyzes the effect of ESG disclosure, PROPER rating, ROA, EPS, and
Firm Size on Market Value Added (MVA) of Islamic companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange for the 2022–2024 period, using 150 observations. Secondary data were
obtained from annual reports, financial statements, and Yahoo Finance, analyzed using
panel data regression. The results show that ESG disclosure and PROPER rating have a
significant negative effect on MVA, while ROA and Firm Size have a significant positive
effect. EPS has no significant effect. These findings indicate that sustainability strategies
have not fully increased the value of Islamic companies in the short term, while financial
performance and company size remain primary considerations for investors.
