Jasa Senam "Senam Silat Nusantara" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas "MBC"
"Objective: This research aims to analyze a business related to value propositions
and customer segments, and to formulate more effective business strategies that
align with market needs.
Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection
techniques through direct interviews and observations involving 41 Informants. The
main issues identified among the Informants were the lack of sports programs
combining local cultural elements with modern fitness needs, and concerns about
the monotony of conventional exercise models. To address these problems,
solutions were developed by creating the Senam Silat Nusantara program, which
integrates aerobic movements and pencak silat, implements a structured training
system, and provides professional instructors.
Research results: The research results were obtained through interviews and
observations based on the predetermined customer segments. The target customer
segments are the citizens of Bogor City, including kindergarten, elementary, junior
high, and senior high school students, university students, members of pencak silat
associations, and the general public. The value propositions of Senam Silat
Nusantara include the combination of aerobic and pencak silat movements, a
structured training program (stretching, main movements, and cooling down), the
presence of professional trainers, and strong relevance to the current fitness needs of society"
