Rencana Bisnis Healty Food On Packed Meal "Grown Healthy" Dengan Analisis Binis Model Kanvas
"This study aims to analyze and validate the business model
of “Grown Healthy,” a provider of healthy ready-to-eat
meals, with a focus on customer segmentation and value
proposition using the Business Model Canvas (BMC)
framework.
: The method used is Action Research with a qualitative case
study approach, conducted from June to August 2025 in the
Bogor and Jakarta areas. Data collection was conducted
through in-depth interviews and observations of 30
participants representing the target market, including
students, university students, housewives, entrepreneurs, and
members of the healthy living community. The collected data
was then analyzed through mapping the elements of the
BMC, followed by problem-testing and solution-testing
stages to validate the initial assumptions of the business
model.

The research findings indicate that “Grown Healthy”
strategically targets individuals aged 20-55 who are health
conscious but have time constraints, such as students,
university students, parents, and busy professionals. The
core value proposition offered includes practical healthy
meals developed in collaboration with nutritionists, halal
certification, attractive packaging, weekly thematic menu
options, competitive pricing (IDR 45,000–60,000 per box),
and free shipping for monthly subscribers. Overall, this
study concludes that “Grown Healthy” has a strong business
foundation and significant growth potential in the healthy
food market.
