Pengaruh Penyediaan Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) Di Depan Toko Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Di Kabupaten Bogor
"This study aims to determine the effect of providing QRIS
in front of stores on consumer purchasing interest in Bogor
Regency, with a focus on three main factors, namely
convenience (perceived ease of use), speed (speed), and
security (security) in influencing consumer decisions to
transact using QRIS.
: This study employed a quantitative method with purposive
sampling. 160 respondents were selected using the Hair et
al. formula. Data analysis was performed using SEM-PLS
through outer and inner model testing with the help of
SmartPLS to examine the effect of convenience, speed, and
security on consumer purchasing intention..
: The results of the study show that in the convenience
variable influencing purchasing interest, respondents
assessed that the use of QRIS provides a simple, practical,
and efficient transaction experience, where the payment
process through scanning a QR code can save time and
energy, thereby increasing shopping comfort. In the speed
variable influencing purchasing interest, QRIS is
considered able to speed up the payment process compared
to conventional methods, reduce waiting times, and
increase consumer satisfaction. In the security variable
influencing purchasing interest, the majority of
respondents believe that QRIS has good data protection,
transaction security mechanisms, and is supervised by
Bank Indonesia, thus providing a sense of security in
digital transactions. These three variables, convenience,
speed, and security, have a positive and significant effect
on consumer purchasing interest, which simultaneously
can increase purchasing interest in Bogor Regency. These
findings indicate that providing QRIS in front of stores can
be an effective strategy to attract purchasing interest and
increase business competitiveness in the digital payment
era.
