Model Bisnis Keberlanjutan Dan Strategi Pengembangan Di Lembaga Amil Zakat Baitulmal Tazkia Dengan Tripel Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC)

" To map the sustainable business model and formulate
development strategies for the Baitulmal Tazkia Amil
Zakat Institution using the Triple Layered Business
Model Canvas (TLBMC) approach, which encompasses
economic, environmental, and social aspects.
: This research employs a qualitative approach with data
collection
techniques that include participatory
observation, in-depth interviews with the management,
and documentation studies.
: The results of the study reveal the mapping of Baitulmal
Tazkia’s business model. However, several challenges
were identified, including limited revenue sources, low
integration of environmentally friendly programs, and
the
dependency of beneficiaries on consumptive
assistance. The recommended development strategies
include establishing a Philanthropic Enterprise Unit to
diversify revenue streams, developing environment
based zakat programs, and increasing the proportion of
empowerment programs to enhance beneficiaries’"
