Rencana Bisnis Fashion Aqashfa (Abaya &Gamis) Melalui Analisa BMC
"Using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, this study aims to
create a business plan for the Muslim fashion brand Aqashfa, which sells
abayas and gamis. This approach focuses on customer segments and value
propositions. This study is based on the rapid growth of the Muslim fashion
industry in Indonesia and the high market demand for clothing that is compliant
with sharia but remains modern and comfortable. This research was conducted
qualitatively by conducting interviews and observations with thirty respondents,
consisting of students, workers, housewives, and a Muslim fashion expert. Nine
business element blocks were identified during the analysis using the BMC
model. After that, problem testing, model updates, solution testing, and
verification were carried out. The results showed that Aqashfa's main customers
are students who prioritize comfort and modern style, and housewives who
prioritize material quality, practicality, and an elegant appearance. The value
proposition test showed that most respondents from both segments wanted
abayas that were comfortable, easy to wear, wrinkle-free, and fashionable but
still sharia-compliant. Meanwhile, the value test showed that premium
materials (wolfis and anti-UV mazen) were considered highly suitable for
tropical climates and daily activities. The elegant and modern yet modest
design was the main distinguishing factor, along with the neat finishing. The
distribution channel strategy utilized collaboration with influencers, social
media platforms, and e-commerce websites. This study adds to the literature on
business plans in the Muslim fashion industry based on BMC and produces a
business model that can be used as a strategic reference for the development"
