Rencana Bisnis Rumah Tahfidz Al-Jauhar Dengan Metode Bisnis Model Kanvas
"Rumah Tahfidz Al-Jauhar is designed as a solution to reduce the high rate of
Qur’anic illiteracy in Indonesia, particularly in the Bogor region. Based on data,
around 65% of Muslims in Indonesia are still unable to read the Qur’an. To address
this issue, this business introduces Qur’an learning classes using the Business Model
Canvas (BMC) approach, focusing on two main blocks: Customer Segment and Value
Proposition. This study employs a qualitative approach with the action research
method through two stages: problem testing and solution testing involving 30
respondents.
The target market consists of Muslim communities, including students,
workers, housewives, and university students. The value propositions offered include
flexible study schedules, private and group classes with a family-oriented system,
competent instructors matched by gender, and certification upon completion. Market
size analysis shows a significant potential with TAM of 142.2 million people, SAM of
17.85 million people, and a Target Market of 2.91 million people. Marketing strategies
involve social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and collaboration with
similar educational institutions. The results indicate that this business model is feasible
and has a strong prospect in fulfilling the need for quality Qur’anic education.
