Rencana Ide Bisnis Inara (Inspirasi Alam Dan Ramah Lingkungan) Hijab Menggunakan Bisnis Model Canvas
"This research aims to design and analyze a business development plan for Inara
Hijab as an eco-friendly hijab brand oriented toward sustainability, social
empowerment, and compliance with Islamic ethical principles. Specifically, this
study seeks to identify potential customer segments, formulate a value proposition
aligned with the sustainable hijab market, and assess business feasibility using the
nine components of the Business Model Canvas (BMC).
The study employs a qualitative approach with an action research design. Data
were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies conducted
between March and July 2025 at the Inara Hijab production site. The research
involved 11 respondents consisting of students, employees, and the business owner.
Data analysis was carried out by mapping the nine key elements of the BMC
framework, complemented by SWOT analysis and market feasibility assessment
through TAM, SAM, SOM, and TM to evaluate opportunities and business
sustainability.
The results indicate that the business development of Inara Hijab focuses on two
strategic elements: value proposition and customer segment. The brand’s key
values include the use of organic fabrics and natural dyes, elegant handmade
designs, adherence to Sharia principles, and social impact through the
empowerment of women aged 40 and above. With a potential sustainable hijab
market value in Indonesia estimated at IDR 1.3–1.95 trillion per year and a monthly
net profit margin of IDR 22,572,222, Inara Hijab shows promising business
prospects. However, strategic improvements such as market education, production
capacity enhancement, and raw material diversification are needed for Inara Hijab
to grow as a competitive and sustainable hijab brand in Indonesia’s Muslim fashion
industry.
