Rencana Pengembangan Bisnis Pengelolaan Ikan Bumbu Kuning Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing UMKM Melalui Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC) Pada Pasar Digital Di Kota Depok, Jawa Barat
"This research uses an action research method to
determine the probability level of the offered product,
especially focusing on the customer segment and value
propositions elements using the Business Model Canvas
approach. Several comprehensive methods were applied,
and the instruments used in this study were observation
and interviews with respondents to obtain the necessary
data.
: The customer segment in the Business Development
Plan for Yellow Spice Fish Management to Improve the
Competitiveness of MSMEs through Business Model
Canvas (BMC) Analysis in the Digital Market in Depok
City, West Java, is classified as housewives and working
mothers aged 25-50 years living in urban areas. They
are further classified based on (Customer Behavior /
Consumer Behavior) who prefer ready-to-eat/instant
meals prioritizing healthy food using practical food
delivery services (no hassle) and choosing quick and
simple recipes. Furthermore, this study also found that
the value propositions are delicious dishes rich in
Indonesian spices (yellow spices), ready to cook in a
short time, practical for working mothers who want to
serve healthy, hygienic, halal food without hassle, with
authentic taste and the best quality for the family, home
style flavor, suitable for busy families, using fresh (local)
ingredients, and the official Laziz Food website.
