Rencana Bisnis Cemilan Manis Choco Jar Grandma Claid Dengan Analisa Business Model Canvas (BMC)
"Goal: The snack industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly in line with the increase
in people's practical lifestyles. MSMEs play an important role in this sector, but
many business actors do not have a strategic business plan. This study aims to
design a business plan for Choco Jar Grandma Claid sweet snacks using the
Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach to create an effective, structured, and
sustainable business model.
Methode: The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection
through literature studies and market observations. The study maps the nine
elements of BMC: customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels,
customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners,
and cost structures.
Fact/Finding: The results of the study show that Choco Jar Grandma Claid has a
wide market potential with a unique value proposition in the form of distinctive
taste, aesthetic packaging, and affordable prices. Distribution channels are focused
on social media and pre-order systems, with customer relationships built through
active interaction and prompt service. The source of income comes from regular
sales and seasonal product diversification plans. The initial production cost is
estimated at IDR 7,650,000, with a profit margin of IDR 1,500 per unit. In
conclusion, BMC is effectively used to design a snack business strategy that is
