Rencana Bisnis Catering "Lets's Eat" Menggunakan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
" The main objective of this research is to establish the
business model canvas in the components of Customer
Segmentation and Value Proposition.
: The method used is action research, which consists of two
stages of testing, namely testing the problem and testing the
solution. The first test aims to identify the challenges and
constraints faced by the catering business in meeting
Customer needs. Meanwhile, the second test focuses on
implementing solutions to improve the quality of catering
services based on the analysis results obtained.
: The Value Proposition of Let’s Eat catering is to minimise
Customers' expenses so that they can spend more money
during weddings, and also help Customers' efficiency in
terms of consumption for wedding guests, provide cleaning
facilities so that the event looks clean, and provide a taste
of food that is suitable for the tongue of wedding guests.
