Analisis Faktor Internal Dan Eksternal Generasi Milenial Terhadap Minat Beli Rumah Di DKI Jakarta
"this study aims to determine the effect of price, location,
income and knowledge on the interest in buying a millennial
generation house in DKI Jakarta.
This research uses a quantitative approach. The method in
this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)
method with the PLS 4.0 approach, with a case study of
interest in buying a house in DKI Jakarta through
distributing questionnaires to the millennial generation who
are prospective buyers or who have bought houses in DKI
Jakarta. The technique in sampling is purposive sampling by
distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis
method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).
This study states that four hypotheses there are two
hypotheses that are well accepted and two hypotheses are not
well accepted, namely 1) Price has no effect on interest in
buying a house millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. 2)
Location has a significant effect on interest in buying a
millennial generation house in DKI Jakarta. 3) Income has
a significant effect on interest in buying a millennial
generation house in DKI Jakarta. 4) Knowledge has no effect
on the interest in buying a millennial generation house in "
