Rencana Bisnis Fashion "Mahmoud" Dengan Metode Bisnis Model Kanvas
"Mahmoud is a Muslim fashion brand that focuses on providing slim-fit
dresses with elegant, modern designs while adhering to Sharia guidelines. This
research uses the Business Model Canvas approach with an emphasis on the
elements of customer segmentation and value proposition. The research
methodology includes direct observation, in-depth interviews with 25 informants
consisting of students, workers, and experts. The research results indicate that the
Mahmoud brand has great opportunities to compete in the Muslim fashion market,
especially in the urban Muslim men's segment that prioritizes quality materials,
comfort, and exclusive designs. The SWOT analysis reveals that the brand's main
strength lies in design differentiation and the selection of premium materials that
are rarely used by competitors. However, the challenges faced include the high
level of competition and the need for effective digital marketing strategies. Through
proper planning, design innovation, and strengthening brand identity, Mahmoud is
expected to become the top choice for Muslim consumers seeking classy and trend
relevant sharia-compliant clothing.
