Pengembangan Model Bisnis PT. Qupro Manajemen Indonesia (QUPRO) Melalui Fungsi Digital Dan Platform Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas (MBC)
" This study analyzes and develops PT QUPRO Manajemen
Indonesia’s business model using the Business Model Canvas
(BMC) framework. It aims to help the company adapt to
digital transformation and changing consumer behavior by
optimizing the Digital, Platform, Partnership, and Strategic
Development (DPPSD) Division to strengthen its value
proposition and competitiveness in the event organizer and
digital fundraising industry.
: This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to
examine QUPRO’s business model before and after digital
transformation. Data were collected through interviews,
questionnaires (30 respondents), and documentation. Using
the Business Model Canvas (BMC), the study maps business
components and identifies changes from digital platform
integration.
:The findings show major improvements in value
proposition, channels, and customer relationships after
digital
transformation.
Integrating

Aksipalestinaqu.pro expanded market reach, streamlined
event registration, increased fundraising transparency, and
generated new revenues. The study recommends continuous
platform optimization, brand and collaboration expansion,
