Rencana Bisnis Minuman Kopi Gayo Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
"Gayo coffee, originating from Central Aceh, is renowned for its unique
flavor and premium quality. Despite its significant potential, the commercial
marketing of Gayo coffee, particularly in the form of ready-to-drink beverages,
remains limited. This study aims to develop an effective business planning model
for Gayo coffee drinks, focusing on establishing appropriate Customer Segments
and Value Propositions.
The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing data collection
techniques through interviews and observations. The study was conducted in two
stages: problem testing and solution testing, involving 30 participants. The results
reveal the establishment of a new business model emphasizing Customer Segments
and Value Propositions. The primary Customer Segments for Gayo coffee include
students, university students, office workers, and coffee enthusiasts. The Value
Propositions offered are practical packaging, affordable pricing for all market
Segments, and product size variations. "
