Analisis Content Marketing Dalam Meningkatkan Reach Pada Media Sosial Instagram Dengan Metode Action Research (Studi Kasus : @syaribeautyearc)
"This study aims to design and implement a content marketing strategy to
increase reach on the @syaribeautycare Instagram account using an action
research method approach. The background of this research was the low reach and
the absence of a structured content plan. The action research method was
implemented for three months from January to March 2025, comprising three cycles
of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data was collected through
interviews with the owner, observation, and secondary data analysis from
Instagram Insight. The results showed that a structured content marketing strategy
successfully increased reach significantly, with a peak reach of 25,116 in the second
cycle. Key findings indicate that several tactics were highly effective, including: the
use of content pillars (promotion, entertainment, education) , informative
promotional content with strong hooks , giveaway campaigns as a key strategy , a
combination of organic content and paid ads , and strategic collaborations. This
project concludes that the action research method is effective for developing
adaptive social media strategies and yields a data-driven work system that can
serve as a reference for other Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the
beauty industry. "
