Pengaruh Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Dan Customer Engagement Pada Aplikasi Instagram Terhadap Brand Image Porteegoods
"Objective: This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing,
Content Marketing, and Customer Engagement on the Brand Image of the local
brand Porteegoods, which utilizes Instagram as its primary marketing platform.
Methodology: Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
Result: he results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing, Content
Marketing, and Customer Engagement have a positive and significant influence on
Brand Image. These findings suggest that marketing efforts through content and
active consumer engagement on social media—particularly Instagram—can
effectively strengthen the brand image of Porteegoods in the minds of consumers.
