Studi Kasus Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Tempe Di Kampung Kopti Kota Jakarta Barat
": This study aims to analyze and identify strategies that
can be implemented to increase tempeh sales volume in
Kampung Kopti, West Jakarta. Furthermore, this study
aims to identify the challenges faced by tempeh
entrepreneurs and the opportunities they can exploit to
develop their businesses.
: This study used qualitative methods, collecting data
through in-depth interviews with tempeh artisans and
sellers in Kopti Village and direct observation. Data
were analyzed descriptively to illustrate the actual state
of tempeh sales and the strategies implemented.
: The results indicate that tempeh sales volume in Kopti
Village is influenced by fluctuating raw material prices,
price competition with other sellers, and limitations in
conventional marketing. Effective strategies for
increasing sales include promoting tempeh through
lower prices to customers, product innovation with
various tempeh shapes and packaging, such as
tempedendoan, tempesegitiga bacem, and banana leaf
packaging, and utilizing technology and digital
platforms, which are gaining public support. Support
from the government and cooperatives is essential to
help stabilize raw material prices, as well as modern
marketing training.
