Rencana Bisnis Warung Makan Indomie Keliling "Semangkuk Warmindo" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Abstract This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the mobile Indomie food stall business plan, “Semangkuk Warmindo,” using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The research focuses on the customer segments and value proposition elements. The method employed is action research, utilizing observation and interviews with participants in Depok City. The findings indicate that the business model has strong market potential and a value proposition aligned with customer preferences, including a self-service concept, hygienic presentation, flexible locations, and digital payment options.
