Analisis Pengaruh Literasi Digital, Kesiapan Digital, Dan Dukungan Pemerintah Terhadap Minat Adopsi E-Commerce Pada UMKM Keamatan Citeureup
"To analyze the influence of digital literacy, digital
Readliness, and Government support on the e-commerce
adoption interest of MSMEs in Citeureup District.
: This research employs a quantitative approach with a case
study on MSMEs in Citeureup District. Data collection was
conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google
Forms, addressing the research problem. The data analysis
technique employed includes descriptive statistics and
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least
Squeres (PLS) method, utilizing SmartPLS 4 software for
all data processing.
: The results show that digital literacy and digital readiness
have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce
adoption interest. However, government support did not
significantly influence this interest. The R-square value of
42.8% indicates that all three variables moderately explain
e-commerce adoption interest. This study implies that
improving digital literacy and readiness are key factors in
driving the digitalization of MSMEs
