Penyusunan Standar Pelayanan Mahasiswa Baru Dengan Metode Action Research (Studi Kasus Universitas Islam Tazkia)
"To develop a standardized service procedure for new
students at Universitas Islam Tazkia that is effective,
efficient, and aligned with the needs of prospective students
through the application of the action research method.
: This study employed the action research method, which
includes problem identification, solution formulation,
implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected
through interviews, observations, and documentation of the
new student admission process.
: The study identified several obstacles in the new student
admission process, such as technical issues in the
registration system, a lack of understanding among
prospective students regarding the registration flow, and
delays in delivering information. Based on these findings, a
proposed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) was
developed with six main stages aimed at improving service
quality and consistency.
