Rencana Program Sosial Pembelajaran Tilawah Qur'an Sapawi Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas
"Objective: This study aims to design and analyze the business model of learning Al
Qur'an recitation using the SAPAWI method (Sadar, Paham, dan Aksi) using the
Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The main objective of this study is to
create a strategy for developing sustainable and socially valuable recitation
learning, while also having economic potential through mapping relevant business
elements.
Method: The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative with case study
techniques. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and
documentation at institutions that implement the SAPAWI method. The analysis was
carried out based on nine element blocks in the Business Model Canvas, namely:
customer segment, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue
source, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures.
Research results: The results of the study indicate that the SAPAWI method has
strong potential to be developed as a structured and professional tilawah learning
service. The main value proposition in the form of learning the Qur'an that not only
emphasizes the reading aspect, but also understanding and practice, is an
attraction for a wide market segment. The business model developed can answer
the needs of the community for meaningful Qur'an learning and can be financially
supported through an education-based social entrepreneurship strategy."
