Rencana Pengembangan Krecek Dan Krupuk Kulit Sapi "UD.Lumintu" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC)
"Goal : UD. Lumintu's beef skin crackers and krecek are processed beef skin
products well-known and in demand, especially in Mojokerto. Despite its long
history since 1958, UD. Lumintu faces challenges in maintaining and increasing
revenue in the digital age. While many similar products exist in the market, UD.
Lumintu strives to maintain quality in terms of raw materials, production process,
and distinctive taste. This study aims to develop the UD. Lumintu business by
planning a structured business strategy using the Business Model Canvas (BMC).
Methode : The research focuses on three main elements: customer segmentation,
value propositions, and distribution channels. Employing action research and a
qualitative approach, the study is conducted in two testing phases: problem
testing and solution testing, involving 30 respondents through interviews
regarding their perceived problems and proposed solutions.
Fact/Finding : From the problem and solution testing results, the customer
segmentation includes the general public, traditional snack enthusiasts,
consumers seeking quality products, and souvenir shops. The value propositions
offered are beef skin crackers and krecek with quality raw materials, a well
maintained traditional production process, distinctive taste, and no
preservatives. Distribution channels include direct sales, partnerships with
souvenir shops, social media utilization, and website development to expand
market reach.
