Rencana Bisnis "Sleep Heaven" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas
Objective Method Result : This study aims to identify the customer segment and value proposition of the business plan “Sleep Heaven”. It is a web based application platform that offers relaxation audio, Qur’anic recitations, online psychological consultation services, and the purchase of sleep-supporting products to help improve the quality of sleep in society through online access. : The study employs a qualitative method with an action research approach through problem-testing and solution-testing stages. The research was conducted from July to August 2025 in East Jakarta, using primary data (interviews with potential users) and secondary data (literature, articles, and journals). The data were analyzed descriptively using the Business Model Canvas framework. : The findings indicate that the customer segment of “Sleep Heaven” includes employees, entrepreneurs, students, and security officers. Meanwhile, the value proposition consists of easy application access, audio relaxation and Qur’an recitation features, sleep-supporting product services, online psychological consultation, as well as a health tracker and sleep reminder.
