Pengaruh Review Pelanggan Rating Produk Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk "SKINTIFIC" Di Kalangan Mahasiswa Kota Bogor
"Goal : To analyze the influence of customer reviews, product ratings, and product
quality on purchase decisions of Skintific products among students in Bogor City.
Methods : This study employs a quantitative approach with a case study of
students in Bogor City. Data collection was carried out through the distribution
of questionnaires via Google Forms. The data were processed using SPSS
software with multiple linear regression analysis.
Fact/Finding : Customer reviews, product ratings, and product quality
simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase decisions. Together,
these three variables are able to explain consumer behavior, particularly among
university students in Bogor City, in purchasing Skintific products.
