Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Importance Performance Analisis Pada Merek @JARTEBEAUTY Di Tiktok Shop
Objective: This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method on the @jartebeauty brand in TikTok Shop. Methode: The research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 115 respondents. The research variables cover five dimensions of customer satisfaction: Staying Loyal, Purchasing the Company’s New Products, Updating Products, Recommending Products, and Paying Less Attention to Competitor Brands. The data were analyzed using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, and Mapping into the IPA Matrix. Result: The results show an average performance score of 51% (Disagree) and an expectation score of 83% (Strongly Agree), indicating that improvements are still needed to achieve customer satisfaction. Attributes that require improvement include: (P3) Customers in Jarte’s TikTok Shop intend to make repeat purchases after feeling satisfied and suited to the product, (P5) Jarte products sold on TikTok Shop match the value of the price paid, (P6) Increased confidence to try new Jarte products after seeing testimonials or video reviews on TikTok Shop, (P8) Jarte listens to customer suggestions conveyed through TikTok Shop, (P11) Providing positive reviews about Jarte products on TikTok Shop after purchase, and (P12) Recommending others to try Jarte products after seeing content or testimonials on TikTok Shop when feeling satisfie
