Rencana Pengembangan Bisnis Minuman Herbal "Jahe Bajakah Ku" Dengan Analisis Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC)
"Objective: This research is based on the high public interest in herbal products,
including Bajakah Ginger, which is believed to have various health benefits.
However, based on initial identification, several problems were identified, such as
the lack of BPOM certification, limited distribution channels, prices perceived as
high by some consumers, and low trust among those unfamiliar with the product.
Method: This research employed an action research method focused on
continuous improvement. Through this approach, the researcher was directly
involved in the development and validation of the Business Model Canvas for
Jahe Bajakah Ku. The research phase involved problem testing and solution
testing to explore the needs and preferences of consumers from various segments,
namely housewives, office workers, and the elderly.
Results/Findings: The research results indicate that consumers desire Bajakah
Ginger products that are halal-certified and BPOM-certified, available in a
variety of sizes and prices, easily found both offline and online, and supported by
clear information and testimonials through social media. Validated solutions
include improving product quality and certification, varying packaging and
flavors, expanding sales channels, including live streaming on TikTok and
Facebook, and utilizing social media for education and promotion. Overall, Jahe
Bajakah's business model has undergone adjustments to its value proposition and
channel elements, which have been verified to meet consumer needs.
